Legga la descrizione completa qui sotto per scoprirlo e non esiti a candidarsi.ProSync is seeking a passionate Mid-Level Physical Security (PHYSEC) Specialist to support and execute physical security programs that protect personnel, facilities, classified information, and critical assets across Department of Defense and Intelligence Community environments. This role is responsible for evaluating physical security risks, ensuring compliance with government security requirements, and implementing measures that enhance facility protection and mission assurance. The ideal candidate possesses experience supporting physical security operations and is capable of independently managing security initiatives within highly regulated environments.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support physical security programs in accordance with DoD and government security requirementsConduct physical security assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews of facilities and controlled areasIdentify vulnerabilities and develop recommendations to strengthen security postures and mitigate risksSupport access control programs, visitor management procedures, facility accreditation efforts, and secure workspace requirementsReview and implement physical security policies, standards, and procedures governing classified and sensitive environmentsCoordinate with government customers, facility managers, engineers, and security personnel regarding physical security requirementsSupport planning and implementation of protective measures for facilities, personnel, equipment, and sensitive informationMonitor and document physical security incidents, violations,



and corrective actionsAssist with construction security, facility modification reviews, and security design considerations when requiredDevelop reports, risk assessments, briefings, and recommendations for leadership and government stakeholdersSupport emergency planning, contingency operations, and mission assurance activitiesProvide guidance to program personnel regarding physical security requirements and facility protection proceduresRequirementsThree (3) or more years of experience supporting physical security, facility security, force protection, military security, law enforcement, or related government security programsExperience conducting security assessments, inspections, vulnerability reviews, or compliance evaluationsKnowledge of physical security principles, access control programs, and facility protection requirementsFamiliarity with secure facility requirements, controlled areas, and classified environment protection measuresStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to independently interpret and apply government security regulations and directivesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to obtain and maintain the Physical Security Certification (PSC) within one year of hireMust hold an active IAT/IAM Level II certification. (i.E. Security+, CySA+, SSCP,



GICSP, GSEC, CND, CCNA Security, CASP+/SecurityX, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCNP Security, CCSP, etc.)A minimum Top Secret/SCI security clearance or higher with SAP/SAR eligibility is required to be considered for this position.Educational RequirementsA Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university (OR) an Associate's Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted.
