NextEnergy Group is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to oversee the operational, technical, and financial performance of a portfolio of utility-scale solar assets in Italy. Based in Milan with hybrid working, you will align Operations, Performance, Finance, Legal, HSE and external stakeholders to maximize energy production and investor returns.

You will lead KPI monitoring, risk reporting and governance, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with PPAs, subsidies and ESG standards
