Everyone gets to push their potential to the full. /ppbDiscover extraordinary* every day. /b /ppDirectly reporting to the Group IT Security Manager, the candidate will join the global IT Security function, leading and coordinating Cyber Security (IT and OT) initiatives across the entire Group. /ppbYour responsibilities include: /b /pulliSupport the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program. /liliDrive high priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, ensuring the proper coordination with the IT team, other organizational functions and suppliers. /liliDesign and implement secure architectures and controls for on-premises and cloud environments. /liliAssess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify potential risks. /liliCreate and deliver security reports to management with key performance indicators and key risk indicators. /liliCollaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure security by design in new projects. /liliEffectively communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders. /liliFoster a culture of security awareness and responsibility across the organization. /liliDevelop and maintain policies and procedures. /li /ulpbWho are we looking for:



/b /pulliMaster/Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Security or Engineering. /lili+4 years of prior relevant experience in the Cyber Security field gained working in international environments or consulting firms. /liliExcellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. /liliExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. /liliExperience with security by design methodologies, security architectures and solutions as well as security on Cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS). /liliExperience with security frameworks, such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and risk management. /liliFamiliarity with security tools and technologies, such as NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Content Filters, Anti-SPAM, AV/XDR, SIEM. /liliEnthusiasm for staying up to date with the very latest Cyber Security trends and best practices. /liliRelevant professional certifications (e.g., ISO27001, ISO22301, CISSP, CISM) would be a plus. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /li /ulpbWhat you can expect from our selection process /b /ppThe selected profiles will meet the Group IT Security Manager, Group Head of IT Infrastructure Security and Human Resources. /ppbLocation /b : Verona /ppbReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
