As a Logistics specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse activities for the Gas Technology business, managing and coordinating communication between the project managers, global supply chain, the logistics providers and vendors. You will also be overseeing strategic planning of the logistics for each project to ensure successful delivery. /ph3The role includes further activities such as: /h3ulliWarehouse management: coordinate and oversee the warehouse operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time. Ensure the warehouse is organized and maintain according to safety and operational standards. Optimize space utilization and layout. /liliProblem Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies and other warehouse-related problems. /liliSafety compliance: implement and enforce safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions. /liliData Management: partners with the logistics provider to have accurate records of all warehouse activities. Generate and analyze reports to monitor warehouse performance. Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels. /liliOversee the implementation, integration, and management of IT systems supporting logistics operations, such as WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP solutions. /liliEvaluate and recommend new technologies (e.g., AI-driven logistics, automation, IoT,
