Everyone gets to push their potential to the full. /p h3Discover extraordinary* every day. /h3 h3The impact you’ll have /h3 ul liMonitor upcoming and existing regulations, and implement actions to keep products compliant with, for example, PPWR, REACH, food-contact, or environmental and sustainability requirements. /li liProvide fast and precise regulatory guidance to internal teams and customers, ensuring transparent communication and market readiness. /li liPropose, design and coordinate external tests for product qualification, including fire classification, food-contact, and restricted-substance testing. /li liEngage with suppliers to collect and validate regulatory information on raw materials, and update technical documents on finished products. /li liSupport RD and Marketing in evaluating product suitability for highly regulated or sustainability-driven applications. /li liTake an active role in selected RD projects,



driving the development of new self-adhesive materials by organising workflows, monitoring trials, and performing laboratory and technical activities. /li liLead and support sustainability initiatives related to eco-design and life-cycle assessment. /li /ul h3The attitude and skills you’ll bring /h3 ul liMaster Degree in Chemistry or Chemistry related disciplines, or engineering /li liInterest in understanding the interface between technology and regulations /li liReliability, flexibility and great interpersonal skills /li liCuriosity, orientation to learn and hands-on approach /li liAbility to handle and manage big quantities of data /li liStrong customer orientation /li liFluency in Italian and English; Spanish will be considered a plus /li /ul h3Based in: Caponago /h3 h3What You Can Expect from Your Selection Process /h3 pThe selection process includes interviews with selected people from the Talent Acquisition team and the RD Team. /p pReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
