pAct Digital is looking for an bAI/ML Engineer /b for a leading bEuropean institution /b. /p h3TASKS : /h3 ul liDevelop agentic AI systems using Google ADK and / or LangGraph/Langchain. /li liDevelop, train, and maintain machine learning models and software applications in the fields of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), including the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI for specific use cases. /li liWork on AI ready data improvements, e.g., semantic layer, agent skills. /li liDefine data controls and implement strategies to ensure data quality (consistency, completeness, accuracy, reasonableness), integrity, and the detection and mitigation of bias in datasets and AI models. /li liPerform processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis. /li liDraft technical guidelines, documentation, and presentations to effectively communicate complex AI concepts, project status, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liManage services deployments through CI/CD pipelines and OpenShift cluster. /li /ul h3SENIORITY REQUIREMENTS : /h3 pTo qualify for this position, the consultant must have: /p ul liUniversity degree corresponding to Level 7 of the European Qualifications Framework (which typically corresponds to a bmaster’s level /b or 5 years of higher education), and b5 years of IT professional experience /b. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS : /h3 pRequired Certifications : /p ul liHaving successfully bcompleted relevant training on how to deploy LLMs and Agents /b at Scale and build MCP servers. /li /ul pOne of the following or an equivalent certification: /p ul liCertified Usability Analyst (CUA). /li liCertified User Experience Analyst (CXA). /li liNielsen Norman Group (NN/g) UXCertification. /li liCertified Professional in User Experience (CPUX). /li liGoogle UX Design Professional Certificate. /li liAkendi UX Certification. /li /ul pKnowledge Skills :



/p ul liExcellent knowledge of programming languages essential for AI/ML, primarily bPython /b, and their key libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, SpaCy, NLTK). /li liExcellent knowledge of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, data cleaning, and data lifecycle management for AI projects. /li liGood knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, Neural Network, deep learning, and/or artificial intelligence frameworks. /li liGood knowledge of generative AI, small and large language models. /li liGood knowledge of data scraping and data integration pipelines. /liliExpertise in AI ready data improvements through a semantic layer. /li liGood knowledge of cloud platforms for building LLM solutions (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Studio) and frameworks for orchestration (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and safety/guardrails. /li liGood knowledge of AI Agent Orchestration frameworks, like Langchain or Semantic Kernel. /li liExperience with data analytics over big datasets, non-structured databases as well as data lakes. /li liExperience with MLOps practices and tools for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and governance (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow). /li liAbility to understand, speak and write English. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /li liAbility to work in a team as well as autonomously. /li liResults-oriented mindset, focused on delivering. /li liGood, applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc. /li liProficiency with programming skills in languages essential for AI development and key libraries. /li liData-driven mindset. /li /ul h3(!)
