h3Would you like to drive business performance, shape and implement our regional and global future strategic direction? /h3h3Would you like shaping the future of CCUS? /h3h3Join our Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage Team /h3pOur team deliver strategic roadmaps for CCUS, scout innovative technologies and originates opportunities to expand our portfolio of decarbonized solutions, manage programs for technology development, drive initiatives to enhance BH competitiveness, and lead early customers’ engagement to position innovative solutions. /ph3Collaborate with the best /h3pYou will shape the future of CCUS Transportation by defining strategic priorities, guiding investment decisions, and translating technology and market opportunities into executable growth plans. /ppAs a CCUS Platform Manager, your initial main focus will be on CO2 Transportation, and your main responsibilities will be to: /pullipDefine the Transportation strategy and ensure its integration into the broader CCUS roadmap, and drive its execution. /p /lilipDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics for targeted applications, and define BH’s strategic competitive positioning. /p /lilipCoordinate with CCUS GA Platforms and Technology managers, Product leadership, EE organization, engineering and segments, to define and execute new products and services (NPD) and relevant commercialization plans. /p /lilipIdentify new business opportunities and models in collaboration with other platform leaders, segments, product leaders, and develop relevant business cases. Weigh possible organic and inorganic options, discover potential partners and/or targets. Report out analysis and options to leadership to support the decision-making process. /p /lilipDefine strategic initiatives to support strategy, driving execution teams across functions and organization with a clear and descriptive set of requirements to ensure delivery against defined goals. /p /lilipDrive long-term profitable growth of the SRL compressors product line for CCUS applications by setting targets for cost, performance, and technology features. /p /lilipLead the definition of solutions offering for CO2 transportation, such as CO2 liquefaction, dehydration and conditioning, and support commercialization plans, becoming reference point to ensure competitiveness on commercial opportunities,



supporting commercial and S-DTI organizations. /p /lilipPosition BH as leading industry player in the CCUS space, participate in conferences, congresses, and industry events and to foster a shared company knowledge around CCUS value chain and relevant services. /p /lilipProvide regular updates to leadership on strategy, progress, risks, and key decisions related to strategic initiatives. /p /li /ulh3Fuel your passion /h3pTo be successful in this role you will: /pullipHave a MSc. in Engineering. /p /lilipHave significant experience in similar jobs within CCUS space - Strategy, Product Leadership, Commercial. /p /lilipHave proven program management and business analysis skills. /p /lilipHave prior experience with a focus on managing technical projects and developing new products. /p /lilipHave proven experience in defining strategy and driving execution. Knowledge of turbomachinery, liquefaction and gas conditioning is an advantage /p /lilipDemonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers, and stakeholders. /p /lilipBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions. /p /lilipBe able to travel domestically and internationally on demand. /p /li /ulh3Work in a way that works for you /h3pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position.
