We are looking for an experiencedLa descrizione completa del lavoro illustra tutte le competenze, l'esperienza pregressa e le qualifiche che i candidati dovrebbero possedere.Customer Contract Managerto manage the end-to-end client contract lifecycle, including request-to-cash activities, service setup, governance, commercial management, process optimisation, and organic growth.Key responsibilities:Manage client contracts, governance, obligations, risks, quality, and profitability.Design and optimise request-to-cash processes.Lead client engagement and coordinate cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.Support solution design, service creation, commercial proposals, and contract growth.Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Requirements:Minimum5 years of client-facing experiencein the telecom or IT industry.Strong client relationship, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in contract management, process optimisation, financial management, and matrix teams.Degree in Business, Science, or a relevant discipline.ITIL certification preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma,
