About Street
Street Smash Burgers was born in Lisbon in 2024 with a simple idea: going back to the roots of the burger with quality product and the smash technique. 100% beef, an open kitchen and a casual, authentic atmosphere. Today we’re growing across nearly 40 restaurants in 4 countries, and we’re looking for people with the drive to learn, energy and rhythm to grow with us.
The role
Join our Milan head office and support the finance and HR team with day-to-day admin. You’ll help keep documents, data and payments complete, accurate and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Record and file supplier invoices, checking them against orders and delivery notes
- Support supplier payment runs and track payment deadlines
- Collect and check payroll data
- Prepare, fill in and manage administrative documents and forms for our stores
- Book and manage business travel for the team (transport, accommodation, logistics)
- Update Excel reports and trackers
- Document admin processes and spot tasks that could be automated
Who we’re looking for Must-have
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- Basic knowledge of administration
- Good Excel skills (formulas, tables, pivot tables)
- Precise and organised, comfortable with numbers and deadlines
- Professional working proficiency in Italian
- Based in Milan or the surrounding area
Nice-to-have
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Interest in automation and AI tools to improve processes
