At Syngenta, we believe every employee has a role to play in safely feeding the world and taking care of our planet. /p h3Job Description /h3 pbLogistics Operations Expert /b /p pbSalary range: /b€49,000-€65,000 gross per year, depending on experience /p pThe Logistics Operations Expert ensures the smooth, compliant and customer-focused daily management of ordering, logistics and invoicing for primary movements-from order entry through delivery to the final destination. The role strengthens alignment between service providers and Syngenta teams while driving performance and improvement. /p pbKey responsibilities /b /p ul liOwn standardised cross-functional processes in Logistics and Order Management, driving continuous improvement with third-party service providers.



/li liManage escalated Level 1 Order Management and Logistics issues across Order Management, third-party logistics providers, site teams and internal customers. /li liIdentify and pursue opportunities to improve Logistics and Order Management service levels. /li liCoordinate and advise stakeholders across Regional/Country PS teams, Commercial Units and Atessa Site Logistics in alignment with service providers. /li liSupport the Logistics Operations Manager in monitoring the performance of third-party providers. /li liHelp ensure that service providers comply with all business requirements and Syngenta codes of practice. /li liSupport and coach Key Users on ways of working and current business priorities. /li /ul pbWhat you bring /b /p ul liA proactive, ownership-driven approach and willingness to explore alternatives and long-term implications. /li liLean and analytical thinking to identify trends, determine root causes and initiate sustainable solutions. /li liStrong stakeholder and expectation management, with the ability to turn operational detail into clear recommendations for leaders. /li liAdvanced English and professional Italian. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pSyngenta is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion or any other employment practices for reasons of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital or veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
