You will provide advanced support, contribute to operational excellence, and collaborate closely with colleagues, external partners, and business users to deliver a seamless IT experience.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd and 3rd level support for IT incidents and service requestsTroubleshoot applications, networks, and operating systemsPerform monitoring, patching, backups, and maintenance activitiesMaintain operational documentation and knowledge base articlesSupport IT projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersProvide onsite support and participate in on-call activities when requiredParticipate to on-duty-call servicePerform security related activities up to 20% of the total time out of business hoursYour profileTechnical qualification in IT or a comparable fieldPrevious experience in IT Support, Help Desk,
