Responsibilities
Sales Scope Covering Europe
Responsible for market development, product sales, customer development and maintenance, brand promotion, and market information collection for Yizumi's rubber machinery in the European market;
Develop individual annual sales plans and assist superiors in formulating sales strategies for the European market;
Promote subsidiaries to join rubber industry associations in target markets, deeply participate in core activities such as industry forums and technical exchanges to enhance brand professionalism; integrate association resources to accurately connect with potential customers and systematically cultivate high-value business opportunities;
Assist the Yizumi headquarters sales team in pursuing key customers, participate in important order negotiations, and be responsible for daily sales management;
Develop and maintain local agents and distributors in Europe;
Regularly visit K-level customers and establish good customer relationships;
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the rubber machinery or related industries; Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in mechanical engineering, polymer materials, or marketing.
Experience in sales or marketing.
Previous experience working in a rubber product factory or upstream/downstream supporting manufacturers (e.g., rubber compound factories, mold factories, auxiliary equipment factories, etc.).
Strong customer communication and business processing skills; excellent teamwork spirit.
Italian、English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; knowledge of German is preferred.
Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willing to travel for work in Europe.
Possess a driver's license; strong work history and job stability.
