Our platform turns live production data into practical operational insight — but technology only creates value when people on the floor trust it, use it, and act on it. /ppThat is why we are hiring an bOperational Excellence Consultant /b for Italy. /ppThis role is for someone who has already worked in manufacturing and knows what it means when a line underperforms, when downtime becomes normal, or when teams are measuring activity instead of outcomes. You might come from continuous improvement, operational excellence, plant operations, or manufacturing transformation. What matters most is that you can connect operational reality to measurable business value. /ppWe are looking for someone who can walk into a manufacturing environment, understand what is happening on the floor, build credibility quickly with operators and plant leaders, and help customers translate operational pain into a clear improvement case. /ppYou will work across Italy with account managers, customer teams, and manufacturing stakeholders to assess opportunities, shape value cases, support trial success, and help customers adopt Factbird in a way that delivers visible operational impact. /ph3About the role /h3pThis role gives you the chance to take the operational-improvement experience you have built in manufacturing and apply it across a wider set of plants, teams, and challenges. Instead of improving one site at a time, you will help multiple manufacturers understand where performance is leaking, where value is hidden, and how better operational visibility can drive better decisions. /ppIt is a strong fit for someone who wants to stay close to manufacturing, stay close to real operational problems, and have broader influence without moving into a purely internal leadership or purely commercial role. /ppFull-time, remote, based in Italy, with travel across the region. Travel can be up to 75% during peak periods.



/ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliWork directly with prospective and existing manufacturing customers to understand operational challenges on the shop floor /liliLead on-site and remote operational assessments focused on line performance, downtime, throughput, quality, and improvement potential /liliTranslate plant-level observations into a clear operational and financial value story /liliBuild practical business cases, including ROI, payback, and operational impact /liliPartner with account executives to shape customer conversations and reduce deal risk through credible operational insight /liliSupport pilot and trial programs to help customers move from interest to adoption /liliCoach customer teams on how to use Factbir in a way that creates real value, not just more reporting /liliBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from operators and CI leads to plant managers and senior decision-makers /liliAct as the bridge between customer needs, operational reality, and internal commercial and customer teams /liliBring manufacturing best practices and operational-improvement thinking into how Factbir works with customers across the region /li /ulh3What Success Looks Like /h3ulliCustomers clearly understand where Factbir can improve performance in their environment /liliTrials convert because the operational value case is strong and grounded in reality /liliCustomers adopt the platform with confidence and use it to drive measurable decisions /liliPlant stakeholders see you as someone who understands their world, not just the software /liliProve Value to Won % — conversion of prove-value and validation activities into closed-won outcomes /liliTeam Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) contribution /li /ulh3About you /h3h3What We Are Looking For /h3ulli5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, operational excellence, operations consulting, or a closely related environment. /liliStrong understanding of OEE, downtime, throughput, quality,



and operational KPIs /liliHands‑on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar improvement methods /liliAbility to build and defend a practical business case for operational change /liliConfidence working with operators, supervisors, CI leads, plant managers, and senior stakeholders /liliComfort with digital tools, dashboards, analytics, MES‑adjacent systems, or industrial software /liliFluency in Italian and English — written and spoken—is required /liliWillingness to travel across Italy. /li /ulh3Why Factbird? /h3pPeople are at the heart of everything we build.
