As a General Manager You Will
Oversee all hotel operations during the pre-opening and post-opening phases of Villa del Monte, ensuring the highest standards of luxury and operational excellence.
Drive operational profitability, guest satisfaction, brand standards, and financial performance.
Maintain regular reporting and strategic alignment with Andronis Group HQ
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing department management team.
Ensure full compliance with Italian labor legislation, local regulations,
health & safety norms, and corporate guidelines.
Maintain direct oversight of budget planning, forecasting, and expense control.
Act as the ambassador of Andronis in Tuscany, building strong relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and the community.
Entry Requirements
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven track record (at least 5 years) as a General Manager in luxury 5-star boutique hotels or resorts, ideally with hotel opening experience.
Fluency in Italian and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
In-depth knowledge of Italian labor legislation, local hotel regulations, and compliance standards.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, strategic planning, and crisis management skills.
Passion for high-end hospitality and authentic local experiences.
