or equal by experienceDemonstrated experience in process troubleshooting, scaling up and industrializationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including structured root cause analysisStrong operational mindset: passionate about working hands-on with the machinesFluent in xysqume Italian and English (written and spoken)Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D and productionWould be considered plus:proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industrySolid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP- film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)#J-18808-Ljbffr
