You will take ownership of end-to-end solutions, identifying inefficiencies and rapidly developing AI-powered tools to streamline processes and drive measurable impact. Working in a highly autonomous and innovation-focused environment, you’ll leverage modern AI agents, LLMs, and cloud technologies to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping internal workflows while working alongside a globally distributed, forward-thinking team. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liIdentify operational inefficiencies within assigned business functions and design AI-driven solutions to improve workflows and productivity /li liBuild, test, and deploy end-to-end automation tools using modern AI frameworks and coding environments /li liLeverage LLM APIs, agent-based architectures, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to develop intelligent systems /li liCollaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical implementations /li liOwn the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to deployment and performance optimization /li liEnsure reliability, scalability,
