In this role you will drive Glovo’s expansion by identifying and onboarding top local restaurant partners. You own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, using data-driven pitches and strong commercial sense. You will onboard and nest partners to accelerate early growth and demonstrate Glovo’s value through tailored offers. You work cross-functionally to build seamless solutions, aiming to scale partner revenue and marketplace impact. This is a high-energy, results-driven opportunity to shape Glovo’s regional growth and partner ecosystem.

Lead generation and pipeline management to identify top restaurant partners
End-to-end sales execution from cold outreach to deal closure
Data-driven pitching with customized commercial offers
Onboarding and nesting of partners for initial growth
Commercial strategy and upselling (ads, in-app promotions)




Cross-functional collaboration with Account Management, Operations, Marketing, HQ and Regional teams
Ownership of sales targets and proactive performance optimization
2+ years of high-performance B2B sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
Background in food-hospitality, on-demand delivery, FMCG, or high-growth tech platforms (preferred)
Outstanding negotiation and pitching skills with customer-centric approach
Analytical mindset with ability to build basic business cases and use data in presentations
Bias for action, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy: proficiency with Google Suite; Salesforce or Looker a strong plus
Native/fluent Italian and professional English
Higher education background preferred
