You'll take ownership of the sales process, from identifying prospects and opening conversations to negotiating and closing deals. /ppYou'll bring proven experience in selling creator economy solutions or digital marketing services, alongside strong knowledge of the Italian market. We're looking for someone who understands how local brands and agencies buy, can confidently engage decision-makers, and has a track record of generating new business revenue. /ph3What you'll be doing /h3ulliIdentify and win new business with brands and agencies in Italy /liliGenerate opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and market research /liliOwn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposals, negotiation,



and closing /liliBuild relationships with key decision-makers and understand their marketing objectives /liliCollaborate with internal teams to develop pitches and proposals tailored to client needs /liliBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide reliable forecasts /liliTake ownership of sales targets and drive new business revenue /liliUse local market knowledge to identify opportunities and shape our approach in Italy /liliStay up to date with trends in influencer marketing, digital marketing, and the creator economy /li /ulh3Who we're looking for /h3ulli7+ years of experience in sales or business development within the creator economy or digital marketing services /liliA proven track record of winning new clients, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets /liliStrong local expertise in Italy, including knowledge of the brand and agency landscape, buying processes, and business culture /liliExperience independently managing the full sales cycle /liliStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills /liliA proactive, self-motivated,
