We are 13,000+ employees, we operate globally with 80+ global offices, and we serve over 4,800+ customers worldwide. /p pWe are looking for a bVendor Management Procurement Operations Manager /b to act as a central coordination point between Procurement, Vendor Management processes, corporate functions, and enabling systems, with a strong focus on data analysis, operational intelligence, and process optimization. /p pThe role requires a highly analytical professional capable of combining procurement operations expertise with advanced data management and reporting capabilities, ensuring data-driven governance across the entire vendor lifecycle. /p pThe successful candidate will play a key role in transforming procurement and vendor management data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement. /p pLearn more at iongroup.com. /p h3Your role: /h3 h3Your key duties and responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a key reference point for Vendor Management and Procurement processes, ensuring operational continuity and consistency across tools, data, governance models, and policies. /li liPerform advanced data analysis on procurement and vendor management datasets, identifying trends, inconsistencies, operational risks, and improvement opportunities. /li liAnalyze data from key source systems and develop structured data models to improve understanding, usability, traceability, and governance of procurement and vendor information.



/li liServe as a key analytical partner for Procurement and Vendor Management stakeholders by transforming operational data into meaningful business insights and decision-support reporting. /li liSupport business analysis, data engineering activities, and system/data integrations across procurement, ERP, finance, and vendor management platforms. /li liDesign, maintain, and improve reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and data quality controls to support governance, audits, vendor risk monitoring, and management decision-making. /li liEnsure vendor master data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, procurement tools, vendor management platforms). /li liManage and oversee vendor onboarding, qualification, classification, monitoring, and lifecycle governance processes. /li liContribute to process evolution and system improvements, translating business, regulatory, operational, and control requirements into functional specifications and data requirements. /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Data teams to improve data reliability, operational transparency, and process automation. /li liSupport audits, regulatory requests, and client inquiries related to Procurement and Vendor Management processes, ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and reporting readiness. /li /ul h3Your skills, experience, and qualifications required /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. /li liSolid experience in Vendor Management and Procurement Operations,



ideally within financial services or highly regulated environments (e.g. banking, ICT outsourcing, regulated technology services). /li liStrong analytical mindset with proven experience in data analysis, reporting, KPI monitoring, and operational intelligence within procurement or vendor management functions. /li liStrong understanding of end-to-end vendor lifecycle management and procurement governance processes. /li liProven ability to perform functional and business analysis, translating operational needs into process and data requirements. /li liExperience working with ERP systems and procurement/vendor management platforms (e.g. SAP, Jaggaer, Vendor Management platforms). /li liAdvanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in data manipulation, reporting, and analytical tools; Power BI or similar BI platforms strongly preferred. /li liFamiliarity with data structures, data quality frameworks, reconciliation logic, and system integrations. /li liStrong attention to data quality, controls, governance, and operational risk management. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. /li liPragmatic, structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach. /li liStrong team-oriented mindset, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and operational streams. /li liAbility to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage both operational activities and project-based initiatives. /li liExcellent English knowledge. /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liPermanent employment contract. /li liInternational and highly dynamic environment. /li liOpportunity to work at the intersection of Procurement, Data Analytics, Operational Governance, and Process Transformation. /li liExposure to global stakeholders and enterprise-scale systems and processes. /li /ul h3Location: /h3 pMilan. /p h3Important notes: /h3 pAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
