You will monitor status, address issues, and ensure timely booking, dispatch, and delivery while maintaining accurate records. As the primary contact for customers, you provide updates, handle inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. You will collaborate with transport providers, verify documents, and support cost control and billing to sustain profitability. This role shapes the efficiency and reliability of land freight operations across our logistics network.ResponsabilitàCoordinate domestic and international road freight shipments from origin to destinationPlan and arrange transportation with approved carriers and vendorsMonitor shipment status and proactively address operational issues or delaysEnsure timely booking, dispatch,
