Role OverviewLa preghiamo di leggere attentamente la panoramica e i requisiti per questa possibilità di lavoro riportati di seguito.As a Shift Supervisor you will provide leadership to the daily operations of the fabrication department.You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.Key ResponsibilitiesAssign tasks to team members based on schedules and qualifications; Ensure safeuse of equipment and materials; report and investigate safety issues by ARC; Communicatecompany updates and safety messages during weekly meetings; Conduct quality and standard work peer checks to ensure compliance; Implement training plans and maintain accurate documentation; Coordinate with planning and production teams to track progress and address schedule deviations; Monitor staffing needs, apply corrective actions, and support process continuity; Maintain workplace organization, production records, teamwork,



and up-to-date employee training.QualificationsHigh school diploma; At least five years of directly related experience in heavy manufacturing; Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and shop math; Proficiencywith blueprints; Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B2 level).
