Due to continued growth, Milan is building a team of Medical Directors located in South Carolina.
Aesthetics experience is not necessary, but the ideal candidate is able to work independently, is team-oriented, and has exceptional clinical, patient care, and customer services skills.Status: Part-TimeLocation: Can be located anywhere in the state of South CarolinaResponsibilities:Serve as a resource for clinic providers regarding clinical questionsEnsure that all providers within the region have received adequate and appropriate training in order to perform treatments independently with the highest level of competency.Monitor and analyze treatment data metricsProvide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class customer serviceRecord clear and accurate medical documentation in the patient's medical recordOther duties as assignedAttend various recurring meetingsTo be considered for this opportunity,



you must meet all of the following requirements:Graduate of an accredited MD or DO medical school in the United States or ECFMG certifiedBoard certification or eligibility in family medicineActive and unrestricted medical license in South Carolina.
This license must be current (not revoked, suspended, or lapsed in registration), valid, and unencumbered (not subject to restriction pertaining to the scope, location, or type of practice ordinarily granted to other applicants for similar licenses in granting jurisdiction).
Reside in South Carolina or be willing to relocate to the assigned territoryPossess phenomenal customer service skills and a passion for providing excellent patient careAbility to prioritize and meet strict deadlinesExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to maintain highly confidential informationDemonstrate initiative and ability to work independentlyEMR experience (preferred)Able to be available during Milan clinic hoursInquiries will be strictly confidential401k retirement plan with vested 4% employer match after 90 daysEmployees and their spouse or legal partner receive free laser hair removal servicesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
