Momentive is seeking a Customer Service Representative II fluent in English and French to work on-site five days a week.
You will independently manage an assigned customer portfolio and execute the full order-to-cash process, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
You will collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Quality, analyze SAP reports, handle inquiries and non-conformances, and support colleagues as needed.
