pIn this role you lead talent management and HR operations across the hotel cluster, shaping people strategies for recruitment, succession, development, and culture. You drive compliance, compensation benchmarking, and pre-opening HR readiness to ensure high performance and guest excellence. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, unions, and sustainability initiatives to align HR with business goals. This is a strategic, impact-focused leadership position in a multi-property luxury hotel environment. /pulliOversee recruitment, succession planning and career development across the cluster and conduct host satisfaction surveys with corrective actions /liliCoordinate host facilities, awards, and activities across properties in Rome, Milan, and the Milan cluster office /liliLead the performance management system and analyze turnover trends to inform strategy /liliKeep job descriptions up-to-date and maintain confidential files; ensure compliance with legal and safety protocols /liliConduct salary and benefits surveys and recommend market-aligned adjustments within local statutes /liliDrive HR aspects of pre-opening projects and coordinate with the project team for HR readiness /liliManage union relationships where present and ensure compliance with consultation requirements /liliEnsure Comunicazione Obbligatoria filings and other mandatory administrative notifications for new hires /liliMonitor evolving Italian labor law requirements to keep employment practices current /liliFocus on talent management and training practices across all properties to remain effective /liliEstablish and deliver financial returns related to revenue, profitability, and ROIC across the cluster /liliOperate properties in line with statutory, contractual, and safety standards; maintain budgeting controls /liliCoordinate sustainability initiatives with the Sustainability Manager and drive social responsibility actions within the cluster /liliBachelor in Human Resources, Communications, or Business Management; 4 years of related training experience or equivalent /liliMore than five years’ experience in a similar HR role within a cluster or multi-property luxury hotel environment /liliBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with HR/payroll systems; ADP/Timesaver preferred /liliProfessional HR designation (PHR, SPHR or similar) preferred /liliFluent in English and Italian /liliEU/EEA citizenship or right to work in Italy without sponsorship /lilileadership /lilicommunication /liliMicrosoft Word /liliMicrosoft Excel /liliMicrosoft PowerPoint /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
