If you want to make a real impact by shaping innovative products in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment… this is your chance! /p h3Who we are /h3 pFrom the experience of Magicmotorsport, a brand internationally recognized in the field of mechatronics and performance, Magic Engineering was born. /p pWe develop advanced technological solutions with an engineering approach focused on innovation. /p pToday, we extend this know-how beyond the automotive sector, working on complex systems and emerging technologies while continuing to support industry professionals with innovative tools. /p pLocation: Partinico (PA), Sicily - HQ /p h3Role Overview /h3 pAs a UX Researcher, you will actively contribute to user research activities, playing a key role in the development of Magic Engineering’s products and services. /p pYou will join the Product Service Design team and support its work by providing clear, actionable insights and bringing the voice of users into the heart of the design process. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive research activities to support the evolution of products and services /li liCollaborate on qualitative and quantitative research activities, turning data and observations into meaningful insights for the team /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Designers, Project Managers and Product Owner to inform design and product decisions /li liValidate processes and requirements through research,



contributing to solid project foundations and the development of effective solutions /li liEnsure alignment between product direction, business goals, and user needs /li liPromote and foster a human-centered culture across the organization /li /ul h3Technical Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role /li liUX Research expertise: ability to design and conduct interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, turning findings into actionable product insights /li liExperience applying artificial intelligence to improve research workflows and support product setup /li liStrong methodological foundation: solid understanding of product design processes and product setup /li liDesign definition skills: experience in building complex information architectures, user flows, and analysis tools such as customer journeys, empathy maps, shadowing, and usability testing /li liSolid experience with research analytics tools such as MixPanel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics platforms, as well as collaboration tools like FigJam, Miro, or Mural /li liAgile mindset:
