For our Studio, we are looking for a BIM Specialist to join our team in Milano.Se le sue competenze, la sua esperienza e le sue qualifiche corrispondono a quelle descritte in questa panoramica, non ritardi l'invio della sua candidatura.The RoleThe BIM Specialist will join the Department of Architecture and will work in close relationship with architects and interior designers in Milan as well as in Munich.
He/she will join a team of 2 people.Main Responsibilities and DutiesThe BIM Specialist will actively support Project Managers (internal architects) and external consultants concerning BIM activities.In general,



he/she will:Be responsible for the creation of an ArchiCAD new template; Supervise the BIM Execution plans; Be a point of reference for internal architects concerning drawings and models.The Successful CandidateThe successful candidate will have a degree in Architecture and will have at least 2 years of experience as BIM Specialist.A Master in BIM Management is desirable.He/she will be fluent in Italian and English and will be able to use the main IT tools such as Mac OS, Adobe Suite and in particular:Proficiency in ArchiCAD (knowledge of Revit desirable)Clash Detection SoftwareHe/she will demonstrate excellent problem solving skills as well as high attention to details.
