As a Salesforce Developer at Technogym, you will design and build scalable Salesforce solutions that empower global teams and contribute to wellness experiences for millions.
You'll influence technical direction, mentor teammates, and ensure robust, high-quality software deliveries.
The role combines hands-on development with architecture, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a mission-driven, international environment.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into reliable technical outcomes.ResponsabilitàDesign and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and VisualforceBuild and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middlewareArchitect scalable, performant Salesforce solutions following best practicesCollaborate with analysts, admins, and stakeholders to translate requirementsConduct code reviews, set coding standards, and mentor juniorsRefactor and optimize legacy code for better performance and UXEnsure comprehensive test coverage with Apex testsParticipate in CI/CD, Git versioning,



and deployment automationTroubleshoot production issues and provide timely supportStay updated on Salesforce releases and new featuresDocument designs, architecture decisions, and development processesContribute to sandbox management and release planningRequisiti fondamentali3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, and declarative automation toolsBachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experienceStrong proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and integration patternsExperience with Git and CI/CD toolsSolid understanding of OOP, xysqume design patterns, and good software development practicesExperience with Salesforce data modeling (custom objects, relationships, sharing rules, security)Proven ability to write efficient, well-tested code with strong unit test coverageStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Self-motivated with good time management and ability to handle multiple prioritiesproactivecollaborativestrong communicationApexLightning Web Components (LWC)Aura
