In this role you drive high-quality month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for assigned entities within Kering Italy Finance Shared Services.
You own day-to-day accounting, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments, ensuring IFRS and local GAAP compliance.
You support audits with organized documentation and push process improvements, including SAP FICO for automation.
You work with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and new accounting standards, contributing to a growing global luxury group.

Manage day-to-day accounting and closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings with accuracy and timeliness




Prepare statutory financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP with variance analysis
Assist internal and external audits with organized documentation and explanations
Monitor accounting issues and **escalate** risks promptly
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and substantiate balances
Drive R2R process improvements and digitalization, leveraging SAP (FICO)
Participate in cross-functional finance projects and system enhancements
Master in Accounting, Finance or related field
3+ years xysqume experience in GL accounting with IFRS and local GAAP knowledge
Experience in month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Experience in shared services or complex matrix organizations
ERP systems experience; SAP experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of retail lease accounting (IFRS16) and retail business basics
Full proficiency in English and Italian (spoken and written) with strong interpersonal skills
