h3Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: /h3pWe are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our plant in Arco Felice, Pozzuoli.
/ppThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of receiving, storage, handling, and shipping activities, guaranteeing operational efficiency, compliance with safety regulations, and the achievement of service and productivity targets.
/ph3Your Key Duties and Responsibilities: /h3ulliYou will report to the Supply Chain Manager and you will directly supervise Forklift Operators, Warehouse Forklift Drivers (6/7) /liliOrganize and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
/liliManage warehouse staff by assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
/liliSupervise goods receiving activities, quality inspections, and system registration.
/liliEnsure proper storage, location, and preservation of materials.
/liliPlan and control picking and shipping activities.
/liliMonitor warehouse stock levels and inventory accuracy.
/liliCoordinate periodic inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
/liliEnsure compliance with company procedures, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
/liliCollaborate with Purchasing, Production, and Transportation functions to ensure operational continuity.
/liliPromote continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of logistics processes.
/liliManage waste disposal activities and related documentation.
/liliManage customs documentation and files.
/li /ulh3You are the right fit if you have/are: /h3ulliTechnical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.




/liliAt least 3–5 years of experience managing logistics or industrial warehouses within medium-to-large industrial companies and experience in supervising and coordinating operational teams.
/liliStrong knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes, of inventory control and stock management techniques.
/liliKnowledge of health, safety, environmental, and waste management regulations.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel.
/liliLeadership and people management skills.
/liliStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
/liliResults-oriented mindset.
/liliData analysis and reporting capabilities.
/liliEffective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
