You will support senior consultants by delivering administration and advisory services across governance, controls and risk management.

/liliSupport pension fund processes, governance decisions, and supplier/partner documentation.
/liliManage or assist with membership and benefit processes (enrolments, contributions, transfers, benefit requests, complaints).
/liliPrepare recurring regulatory reporting and liaise with supervisory authorities.
/liliPerform second-level controls on operations and monitor risk-management indicators and remediation actions.
/liliCoordinate third-party providers and maintain institutional and member-facing documentation.
/liliAnalyze tax and regulatory matters affecting Italian supplementary pensions and translate into operating actions.
/li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ulliHands-on experience in the Italian supplementary pension sector within a pension fund, administrator, advisory firm or related organisation.
/liliPractical experience with pension fund operational processes (enrolments, vantaggi requests, complaints).
/liliKnowledge of Italian supplementary pension framework: Legislative Decree ******** and COVIP regulations.
/liliAbility to prepare or review governance and operational documentation with high accuracy.
/liliStrong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
