treatments and productsAssist during spa promotions and eventsAssist with marketing and public relationsHave complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offeredUphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and proceduresPerform prep work, properly clean and restock room as requiredActively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts availableHandle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteouslyProvide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guestsPossess the ability to work without direct supervisionAssist xysqume in all areas of spa operation as requested by managementCommunicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attentionEnsure correct records are kept for member and guest visits, treatments and purchasesEnsure correct information is recorded for stock control in accordance with the Senior Therapist -Be responsible for treatment laundry stock inventory and securityEnsure that all potential and real hazards are reported immediately and rectifiedEnsure that all staff within the department works in a manner, unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to themselves or others.
