Publicis Sapient in Milan is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to blend strategic vision with hands-on delivery across CRM, omnichannel activation and customer journeys.
You will lead client engagements, shape roadmaps and mentor delivery teams to ensure quality and scalable outcomes.
Fluency in English and Italian is required; experience in complex, international environments (automotive a plus) is valued.
The role is onsite with a hybrid model (2 days remote, 3 days onsite).
