We are looking for an experienced
Senior Electrical Engineer
to join our Engineering Team and play a key role in the design and development of electrical systems supporting cutting-edge water purification, storage, and distribution solutions for the global biopharmaceutical market.
This position combines technical expertise, innovation, and project coordination, with a strong focus on delivering robust, compliant, and standardized solutions through a "Right First Time" approach.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will:
Review customer specifications and translate requirements into compliant electrical designs.
Select and specify electrical components, including instrumentation, motors, drives, and associated equipment.
Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Collaborate directly with customers through design reviews, feasibility assessments, and HAZOP activities.
Partner with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Drive standardization initiatives and support continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Contribute to product simplification and complexity reduction strategies.
Maintain and improve engineering standards, specifications, procedures, and design documentation.
Support the organization's growth by developing scalable and efficient engineering solutions.
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of international electrical standards and regulations (IEC, UL, and related standards).
Expertise in electrical design for industrial or manufacturing environments.
Proven experience specifying instrumentation, motors, variable frequency drives, and electrical control systems.
Ability to interpret P&IDs; and translate process requirements into electrical solutions.
Experience with electrical design software;
SPAC
knowledge is highly appreciated.

Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years within a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
Previous experience with packaged systems, skids, or process equipment is considered a strong advantage.
Experience in highly regulated sectors such as Biopharma, Life Sciences, Water Treatment, Food & Beverage, or similar industries is highly valued.
