The Social Media Manager owns the planning, creation and management of content on the social channels of clients and Pal Comm projects.

You work closely with the social desk and the creative team, and help build communication that stays consistent, recognizable and effective on every platform.

The aim of the role is to grow the online presence of the brands we work with, combining creativity, method and a reading of the data so the results can be measured.

- Build editorial plans for several clients, from the concept through to publishing.
- Write copy for posts, carousels, reels and stories, adapting tone and format to each platform.
- Create quick content with Canva and Cap Cut, alongside graphic designers and videomakers.
- Set up and monitor paid campaigns on Meta and Tik Tok.
- Analyze performance and prepare regular reports with insights and ideas for optimization.
- Follow trends, formats and platform updates, and turn them into concrete ideas.




- From 0 to 2 years of experience managing social channels, including personal accounts or side projects.
- Strong command of the main social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube and X.
- Strong knowledge of Canva and Cap Cut.
- Able to write, with attention to tone of voice and to keeping it short.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and of the platforms' native insights.
- Strong motivation and the will to put yourself on the line.
- Comfortable comparing ideas and working inside a team that is already in place, alongside the social desk.
- Experience, even basic, with Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite or of scheduling and analytics tools (Metricool, Later or similar).
- Experience managing social channels for brands, news outlets or sports organizations.
- A grasp of photography or of shooting with a smartphone.
