You will support the effective coordination and monitoring of a majorOil & Gas / Energyproject based inMilan.
You will bring together project data from multiple disciplines to provide a clear, consolidated view of progress and performance.
You will help project managers identify schedule and cost variances, emerging trends, and potential risks.
You will prepare concise, reliable reporting that enables stakeholders to make informed project decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesConsolidate data from engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, HSE, cost control, and planning teams.
Collect and validate project progress information, liaising with planning, cost control, and site teams.
Analyze project performance, trends, deviations, and potential risks.
Work with planning data, including schedules developed inPrimavera P6.
Prepare dashboards, charts, presentations, and summary reports for management and stakeholders.
Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, traceable, and aligned with project procedures.
Support internal audits and maintain the required documentation and records.
Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Project Management, Economics, or a related field.
5–10 years of experiencein Oil & Gas, EPC,
EPCIC, or PMC projects.
Strong command ofMicrosoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Familiarity withPrimavera P6.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary, international teams.
Based inMilanor willing to work there.

The salary for this position ranges from €50,000 to €60,000.

The position falls under the Commerce and Tertiary Sector National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio e Terziario) applied by our company.
Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, relevant experience and the outcome of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.
