pHCLTech is looking for an experienced bSenior IT Program Manager /b to lead complex technology programs for one of our international clients in Rome, Italy.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Program Management Governance /h3 ul liLead and oversee complex IT programs comprising multiple projects and workstreams.
/li liEstablish program governance structures, delivery frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
/li liManage program budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
/li liEnsure alignment between program objectives, business priorities, and delivery outcomes.
/li liProvide regular program updates, performance reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership.
/li /ul h3Project Delivery Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liCoordinate project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams.
/li liMonitor project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
/li liIdentify delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
/li liCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure successful execution.
/li liDrive effective communication and collaboration across teams and organizational levels.
/li /ul h3Agile Delivery Change Management /h3 ul liSupport Agile ceremonies and facilitate effective collaboration across delivery teams.
/li liIdentify and remove impediments affecting delivery performance.
/li liPromote Agile principles and continuous improvement practices.
/li liSupport organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption activities.
/li liCoordinate change management activities to support successful implementation of program outcomes.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications Experience: /h3 ul lib12+ years of overall professional experience /b, including substantial experience managing complex IT programs.
/li liProven track record of successfully leading large-scale, multi-workstream technology initiatives.
/li liStrong knowledge of program governance, budget management, risk management, and dependency management.
/li liDemonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders and communicating with executive leadership.
/li liExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent priorities.
/li liStrong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
/li liExcellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
/li liProfessional proficiency in bItalian and English /b.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project/program management certifications.
/li liExperience supporting organizational change management initiatives.
/li liExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching delivery teams.
/li liBackground in enterprise technology transformation or complex IT delivery environments.
