As Industrial Auditor, you will conduct on-site control checks at manufacturers and suppliers across the MALV perimeter to verify capacity, inventory, and order status.
You provide field-based visibility into production capability and execution, identifying bottlenecks and operational risks.
You will produce structured reports and escalate critical issues to stakeholders, supporting corrective actions.
You work with cross-functional teams to apply standard control methodologies and ensure reliable reporting.ResponsabilitàPlan and conduct regular and ad hoc on-site visits to external manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractorsReview production setup, workforce, equipment, workflows, lead times, and backlog to assess on-site conditionsPerform capacity checks comparing declared capacity with observed conditions and committed volumesPerform inventory and open-order checks including WIP, stock levels, and production statusIdentify discrepancies, bottlenecks, delays, or issues affecting delivery or continuityAssess consistency between observed operations, reported data,



and delivery commitments; flag inconsistenciesPrepare accurate visit reports with observations and recommended actionsEscalate critical findings to stakeholders and support follow-up of corrective actionsCollaborate with industrial, supply chain, sourcing, finance, compliance, and other stakeholdersPromote consistent application of operations control methodologies and reporting standards across the perimeterRequisiti fondamentali3+ years in industrial operations, manufacturing, supply chain, supplier control, or related fieldGood understanding of manufacturing environments, production flows, inventory logic, and capacity constraintsAbility to assess on-site conditions xysqume and identify inconsistencies between data and executionStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured reportingAbility to work with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic, international environmentAutonomy, rigor, and credibility in field activities and supplier interactionsWillingness to travel domestically and internationallyFluent in Italian and Englishcross-functional collaborationattention to detailstrong communicationon-site operations assessmentcapacity checksinventory and open-order verification
