Pluxee seeks a Local Product Manager in Milan to own one or more country-specific digital products. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery with a local squad, translating business needs into user-centric experiences while aligning with global standards.

You’ll define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and track KPIs. A business background with 5 years in product roles, plus Italian and fluent English, are required. Hybrid work, base salary from €45,000 plus premio and benefits.
