Trackside Event Setup & Operations Technician (m/f/nb)

Requirements
High school diploma.
Previous experience in job site logistics, material handling, event setup, or complex technical/mechanical environments is preferred.
High mobility required (Italy/Abroad), flexible working hours, and willingness to work weekends during travel assignments.
Language skills: Fluency in Italian and operational knowledge of English (at least B1 level) to effectively handle on-site activities in international settings.
Strong team-working attitude, resilience in fast-paced work environments, and a problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
Valid forklift license
What the Company Offers
Work Location: Province of Modena (MO), Italy + Global travel.
Contract Type: Temporary agency contract / Staff Leasing.
Compensation Package: Gross Annual Salary (RAL) €26,000 – €28,000 + Production Premio + Travel Allowance.

What You Will Do
Integrated into the on-site operations team, you will be responsible for the physical assembly of structures and the handling of materials before, during, and after events:
Assembly and Setup: Manual assembly, installation, and subsequent dismantling of temporary structures at event venues.
Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and positioning technical equipment, crates/casing, and materials both in the warehouse and at race locations. xjsofne
On-Site Inspection: Practical checks on the stability and safety of assembled structures, as well as checking incoming and outgoing materials.
