Responsibilities:
SupportingtheGlobalCommodityManagerandcoordinatingwithbuyersofone'sUnit,todefinethestrategyfor procuringMaterial
SupportingandbeinginchargefortheoverallSourcingProcessincludingDefiningtheSupplierListintheVendorList, preparingtherequestforproposaltosend tosuppliers,andmanagingcommercialandcontractual negotiationactivitieswiththeidentifiedsuppliers,to pursuethefollowingtargets:inexpensiveness, synergy,qualitativeexcellenceandleadtimeoptimization;
ContributingtotheCompanyandProcurementCommodityteamobjectives;
EnsurecompliancewithGlobalSupplyChainandCompanyPolicies;
Analyzing,comparingandassessingtheoffersreceivedbysuppliers,alsoguaranteeingthattheyaretechnicallycheckedbyrequestingCorporate Departments/OperationalUnits.Also,preparingsummarytablesofthefinaloffersandrecommendations;
Drawingupthetermsandconditionsofagreements/purchaseorders,withthesupportoftheLegalDepartmentandContractDepartment, whilealsocoordinatingwithrequestingDepartments;




Supportingsupplierrelations,incompliancewiththeCompany'sCodeofEthics,itsOrganization,ManagementandControlModel,pursuanttoLegislativeDecree********,anditsAnti-CorruptionModel;
SupportingRegionalSupplyChainManagersandProcurementManagers,tocreateprocurementplansfortheOperationalUnits, tomaximizeefficiencyand effectiveness;
SupportingBiddingandStartupteamduringbiddingphase;
Supportingreportanalysisactivitiesandidentifyingcorrectivemeasures,inagreementwiththeGlobalCommodityManagerandVendorManagement, tomanageandmitigatecriticalissuesdetectedwhilecarryingouttheprocurementprocess;
SupportingtheCommodityteamindefiningandimplementingCommoditystrategies.
Requirements:
5 plus years' experienceinthesameroleinmultinationalcontexts;
SpecialistDegreeinEngineering/Economy/BusinessManagement;
Marketanalysisandbenchmarkingskills;
Supplybaseselection,developmentandmanagement;
Capableofcarryingoutprimecostdrivervalueanalyses;
ExcellentmasteryofMSOffice,SAPMM;
Availabletotravelandstayto/atworksitesandjointventures;

Contractual Terms and Compensation
Job Classification and CCNL: Quadro,CCNL Edilizia e Industria;
Employment Contract: Permanent contract;
Annual Gross Salary: 55.

The overall compensation package will be determined based on an assessment of the candidate's profile, taking into account their professional experience, technical expertise and soft skills, in alignment with the organizational context and the company's business objectives.
