Categoria: Financial ServicesSia tra i primi a candidarsi: legga la panoramica completa del ruolo qui sotto, quindi invii la sua candidatura per essere preso/a in considerazione.Luogo di lavoro: Milano e provinciaOur Client is looking for an Asset Manager to join its team based in Milan.ResponsibilitiesDevelop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysisProactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assetsOptimise the letting within the managed portfolioMonitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIsLead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectivesAssess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulationsProactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolioReview and challenge valuationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.G., Fund Managers,



ESG Team)Steer and monitor external partners (e.G., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers)RequisitiA successful Investment & Asset Manager should have:Master's degree preferably in real estate, engineering or business economicsMinimum 5 - 8 years' work experience in real estateAffinity both with transactions and asset managementStrong quantitative skills is a mustUnderstanding of financial practices applied xysqume to real estateWell informed of local legislation applicable to real estateExcellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant networkReady to travelStrong communication and negotiation capabilitiesResilient and well organised multi-tasker and team playerComfortable within an evolving and international environmentProactive, flexible and assertiveExcellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point)Fluent in English (both written and spoken)#J-*****-Ljbffr
