As Plant Quality Manager you will lead the quality function at Schio Plant, aligning with Group Quality to ensure products meet requirements and standards.
You will drive the quality strategy, monitor performance, and coach teams to sustain excellence.
You'll work cross-functionally to implement improvements, manage risks, and support customer satisfaction.
This role offers impact across manufacturing and supply chains within a globally active, innovation-driven group.ResponsabilitàDeploy the group quality strategy across the plant and define a 3–5 year quality roadmapImprove internal quality processes and drive continuous improvement plansEnsure customer and intra-department satisfaction and contribute to risk analysisDefine budget framework and participate in forecasts and revisionsSet up and report quality KPIs,



lead quick and preventive actions on quality issuesRepresent Quality in cross-functional projects and contribute to major group initiativesEnsure smooth operation by fostering cross-functional cooperation and team engagementSupport and develop team members, providing objectives and feedbackPromote customer satisfaction culture and sharing of best practicesRequisiti fondamentaliMaster's degree in engineering10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role in an international company8D methodology, FMEA (Design and Process)ISO **** and xysqume ISO ***** familiarityAbility to build continuous improvement roadmapsExcellent English and Italian language skillsStrong knowledge of control plans, process validation, and manufacturing process auditsExperience in supplier relationship management and deviation managementLeadershipChange managementOpeness to external stakeholders8D methodologyFMEA (Design and Process)Control plans and process validation
