WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will join BCG Milan's HR Department, within the EMC (East Mediterranean & Caspian) Career Services & Alumni team, with a specific focus on the Alumni side.
BCG Alumni are a strategic asset for the Firm: a global network of former colleagues who act as ambassadors, clients, partners and sources of talent.
You will help keep the EMC Alumni community engaged and connected to BCG and contribute to reporting on community engagement and to special projects aimed at strengthening the Alumni offering in the geographical system.
YOU'RE GOOD AT:
Maintaining and enriching alumni databases and CRM tools, keeping information accurate and up to date;
Crafting written content for alumni newsletters, updates, and communication materials; Helping plan, organize, and deliver alumni events that facilitate connections, networking and upskilling; Assisting in the development and maintenance of relationships with Alumni and external companies to support high-value partnership building; Collaborating with other Business Services teams,
as well as Regional and Global Alumni networks, to ensure effective engagement and relationship management;
Supporting Career Services activities coordination, such as coaching sessions, workshops and career transition support;
Taking initiative and bringing creative solutions to day-to-day operations and special projects.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
University degree, or current enrollment in a relevant degree program (a specialization on HR topics will be considered a plus);
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in Italian and English;
Creative mindset and problem-solving skills;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders at the same time;
Creative mindset and problem-solving skills;
Positive and proactive attitude and commitment to optimize current processes;
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
This opportunity is offered as a 6-month internship designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development within BCG.
As this is an internship position, participants will receive a monthly allowance, in accordance with the internship agreement.
