This is a large-scale, complex data centre (data center) programme where pace and precision are non-negotiable.The RoleYou'll sit in the Owner's project team as the client's commercial lead, holding the main contractor and MEP subcontractors to account on cost,
change and contractual entitlement.Act as the client's commercial lead across main contractor and MEP packagesOwn cost planning, cost reporting, forecasting and cashflowManage change control, valuations, payment certification and final accountsAssess variations, claims and early warnings under FIDIC or NEC contractsSupport procurement, tender analysis and contract awardReport directly to senior client stakeholdersWhat You'll Bring2+ years' data centre or mission-critical experience (essential)Quantity Surveying or commercial management background on large-scale construction, xysqume ideally client-side or PMCStrong understanding of MEP costs and packagesExperience with FIDIC and/or NEC contractsDegree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline; RICS (MRICS/AssocRICS) desirableComposure under pressure and clear stakeholder communicationWhat's On OfferLong-term projects with extension potentialRoles based in Switzerland and Italy; Mon–Fri or relocation optionsAll visa statuses considered, with support and guidance where possible#J-*****-Ljbffr
