Role OverviewWe are seeking high-caliber Senior Financial Analysts with a strong transaction services or advisory background and advanced financial modelling expertise.
xysqume The role combines:Investment analysisValuationStructured financeCandidates must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, intellectual rigour, ownership mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international and entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, own and maintain complex integrated financial models (project finance, 3-statement, DCF, scenario and sensitivity analysis)Perform valuation analysis for new investments, partnerships and strategic initiativesSupport structuring of financing solutions across wind, storage and hydrogen projectsPrepare investment memorandum and materials for senior management and investment committeesAnalyze project returns, capital structure optimization and risk allocationSupport fundraising processes and lender engagementWork closely with technical, commercial and legal teams to validate financial assumptionsProvide financial insight and analytical support to Country MDsProfile & RequirementsExperience3–5 years of experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance or M&A; advisory (Big 4 / Tier 1 advisory)Proven track record in valuation and advanced Excel financial modelling (mandatory)Experience in energy, renewable, infrastructure or project finance strongly preferredTechnical SkillsAdvanced Excel modelling (complex integrated project finance models)Strong understanding of DCF, trading comparables, IRR, LCOE analysisFamiliarity with structured finance and capital structuring principlesStrong financial statement analysis capabilitiesAbility to prepare board-level and investment-grade presentationsSoft SkillsStrong analytical firepower and attention to detailAbility to operate independently with senior stakeholdersInternational mindsetStructured thinking and problem-solving capabilityEducationMaster's degree in finance, Economics, Engineering or related fieldCFA or equivalent qualification is a plus#J-*****-Ljbffr
