pSede: Cernusco Lombardone, LC, IT /pp------------------------------------------ /pulliAdminister and maintain Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, storage systems and core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy. /liliManage Microsoft Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, access permissions and monitoring, in accordance with corporate IT standards. /liliAdminister Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams. /liliManage hybrid identities and access through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including synchronization, multifactor authentication and Conditional Access. /liliManage endpoint configuration, compliance and software deployment through Microsoft Intune, working with the help desk team. /liliMonitor infrastructure availability, performance and capacity; investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions. /liliMaintain backup and recovery processes, verify backup completion and perform regular restore tests to support business continuity and disaster recovery. /liliApply operating system updates, security patches and configuration hardening in coordination with corporate IT and security teams. /liliSupport LAN, WAN, VPN and firewall connectivity, collaborating with network specialists and external providers. /liliAutomate recurring administration tasks using PowerShell and maintain technical documentation, configuration records and operating procedures. /liliContribute to infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations and service improvements,



assessing operational impact and following change management procedures. /liliProvide second-level technical support and coordinate escalations to vendors and corporate IT teams. /li /ulh3bRequisiti /b /h3ulliAt least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration, including hands‑on work with hybrid environments. /liliStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy. /liliGood knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper‑V. /liliHands‑on experience administering Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity management, multifactor authentication and Conditional Access. /liliExperience with Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance policies and application deployment. /liliExperience with enterprise backup solutions, recovery procedures and restore testing. /liliGood understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, firewalls and VPN technologies. /liliWorking knowledge of PowerShell for administration and automation. /liliStrong troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to incident resolution. /liliAbility to work independently, prioritize activities and collaborate with local and international IT teams. /liliGood written and spoken English. /li /ulpExperience with Linux administration, infrastructure as code and cloud cost optimization would be an advantage.
