We are looking for an experienced Senior Captain to lead front-of-house operations in our Resto Bar format. /ph3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3pSupervise and lead the service team during shifts. /ppEnsure smooth restaurant and bar operations. /ppMaintain high standards of guest service and hospitality. /ppHandle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. /ppCoordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service. /ppMonitor table turnover and service flow. /ppEnsure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. /ppTrain and mentor captains, stewards, and bar staff. /ppSupport daily sales targets and upselling initiatives. /ppMaintain grooming and discipline standards among team members. /ph3bKey Skills Required /b /h3pStrong knowledge of restaurant bar service standards. /ppGood understanding of beverages (alcoholic non-alcoholic). /ppLeadership and team management skills. /ppExcellent communication and customer handling ability. /ppAbility to handle peak hours and high-volume service. /ppBasic knowledge of POS systems and billing. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
