pJoin our Italian office as a Technical Account Manager! You will be the key point of contact between our merchants and internal teams to ensure smooth integrations and high-quality solutions. /ph3Your responsibilities: /h3ulliProvide technical and functional consulting during the pre-sales phase; /liliAdvise and recommend best practices for integrating payment solutions; /liliManage the integration project for new clients in your portfolio from onboarding onward; /liliOrganize and lead technical workshops with clients; /liliOversee client delivery in collaboration with the functional tester; /liliMonitor potential technical developments for clients; /liliRespond quickly and efficiently to client requests during the integration process; /liliManage internal communication with various teams. /liliActing as the technical reference for the Italian payments ecosystem (This Includes supporting merchants during testing and troubleshooting of local payment methods, as well as coordinating technical investigations with local issuers, acquirers and payment partners whenever needed) /li /ulh3Why join HiPay ? /h3ullibPersonal Growth : /b Innovative projects, challenges,
