Here, you will make an impact by: Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include Country Specifics Location: 3M Italy, Pioltello Frequently requested to be present at the CTC (Customer Technical Centre at 3M Carpiano) Travel: may include up to 50% (mainly domestic, occasionally international) Working pattern: tempo pieno The position is classified at level Impiegato B2 under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry (Industria), CNEL code B011.
The gross annual remuneration envisaged for the role ranges between € ****** and € ******.The determination of the final starting remuneration within this range will be agreed taking into account the Company's organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective and gender-neutral criteria, including professional qualifications, relevant work experience, skills and competencies possessed, and the level of responsibility associated with the position.
The position may also provide access to a variable remuneration component of up to 5,67% of the gross annual remuneration, subject to the Company results.
Additional benefits and allowances may be granted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the relevant CCNL, and the Company policies and programmes in force at the commencement of employment.
