The role covers hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair, and may include an on-call rotation.This is a salaried, 100% onsite role at one of our data center locations.
It requires up to 10% travel to other data center locations, as business needs require.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.Respond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while on scheduled on-call.Develop scripts to update server and networking hardware.Assemble and install equipment.Maintain inventory.Perform maintenance of test and tool equipment.Provide technical support to data center teams.Train internal teams.Develop documentation.QualificationsComputer hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling).
